黄奇帆，男，汉族，1952年5月生，浙江诸暨人，大学普通班，工商管理硕士，研究员，1968年9月参加工作，1976年3月加入中国共产党。

曾任重庆市人民政府市长、全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会副主任委员。

2017　姜建清

姜建清先生拥有逾30年的金融业工作经验，目前担任世福资本管理有限公司、中国-中东欧金融控股有限公司（中国-中东欧基金）董事长。

姜先生自2005年10月至2016年6月，担任中国工商银行董事长；2000年2月至2005年10月，担任中国工商银行行长；1999年6月至2000年2月，担任中国工商银行副行长；1997年6月至1999年6月，担任中国工商银行上海市分行行长；1995年12月至1997年6月，担任上海城市合作商业银行（现名上海银行）行长；1993年1月至1995年12月，担任中国工商银行上海市分行副行长兼浦东分行行长。在1984年加入中国工商银行工作之前，姜先生自1979年开始在中国人民银行工作。

姜先生1984年毕业于上海财经大学，1990年和1999年先后在上海交通大学硕士、博士研究生毕业，并获得工学硕士、管理学博士学位。

目前姜先生还兼任上海交通大学博士生导师、中欧国际工商学院教授、中欧陆家嘴国际金融研究院院长、上海新金融研究院理事长。

2016　Paulo Nogueira Batista Jr.

Mr. Paulo Nogueira Batista Jr. is Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the New Development Bank. A well-known Brazilian economist, he was the Executive Director representing Brazil and ten other countries at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from April 2007 to June 2015.

Prior to joining the IMF he served as Secretary for Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Planning, Brazil. He has held various senior leadership offices such as Advisor on External Debt to the Minister for Finance and Head of the Center for Monetary and International Economics Studies, Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro.

Paulo Nogueira Batista Jr. 先生现任金砖国家开发银行的副行长及首席风险官。作为著名的巴西经济学家，他曾于2007年4月至2015年6月期间，代表巴西及其它十个国家在国际货币基金组织担任执行董事。

加入国际货币基金组织之前，他曾任巴西国家规划部经济事务司司长。此外，巴斯蒂塔先生还担任多种高层领导工作，如巴西财政部长外债顾问，里约热内卢Getúlio Vargas Foundation货币与国际经济学研究中心主任。

2015　Howard Davies

Howard Davies was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Group on 1 October 2012. Howard is the Chair of the British Government’s Airport Policy Review. He also is a Professor of Practice at the French School of Political Science in Paris (Sciences Po). He was previously the Director of the London School of Economics and Political Science from 2003 until May 2011. Prior to this appointment he was chairman of the UK Financial Services Author-ity from 1997 to 2003.

From 1995 to 1997 he was Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, after three years as the Director General of the Confederation of British Industry. Earlier in his career he worked in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Treasury, McKinsey and Co, and as Controller of the Audit Commission.

He has been an independent Director of Morgan Stanley Inc. since 2004, and chairs the Risk Committee. He also chairs the Risk Committee at Prudential plc, whose board he joined in 2010.

He is a member of the Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Board of Millennium Management LLC, a New York-based hedge fund. He has also been a member of the International Advisory Council of the China Banking Regulatory Commission since 2003 and, from 2012, is Chairman of the International Advi-sory Council of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Howard is Chairman-designate of RBS.
