*Global Advisory Graduate Programme*

Our Graduate Program has beenspecifically designed to offer analysts a broad exposure to different projectsand sectors within our M&A, debt and restructuring and equity advisoryteams. As an Analyst your responsibilities will be to:

--research the industries in which our clients operateto support senior bankers’ marketing initiatives, including contributingcontent to pitch books

--develop and maintain standard or bespoke financialmodels under guidance from senior bankers in your team

--use a range of valuation techniques to support theadvice provided to clients including discounted cash flows, trading compsanalysis, transaction comps analysis, LBO-based and other valuation approaches

--support the team in coordinating the transactionprocess internally and by liaising with clients, their counterparties and otheradvisers

--develop your relationship skills through clientcontact and exposure to senior bankers

--Global training session: All accepted graduates will participate in our Global Graduate Training Programme in London in July 2017, which will last for around 6 weeks.  Graduates will then return to their respective office afterwards and begin as first year analysts

The training program provides unrivalled training in the financial concepts you will need to be successful in your team,as well as key personal skills such as communication, personal effectiveness and team building. As you will be undertaking the training alongside graduates from a number of countries around the world, there will also be many opportunities to build your global network. Those who have not studied finance previously will be given all the support necessary to hit the ground running when they join their teams

Requirements:

--Bacheloror master student in the final year of study (graduating between end 2016 toJune 2017)

--Preferablystudy in finance-related disciplines
