教授介绍:

张纯信教授现任上海高级金融学院教授,金融硕士项目主任,国际交流部主任,香港中文大学客座教授,曾任国立台湾大学、中央研究院、北京大学访问教授。回国之前,他曾在康奈尔大学任金融学助理教授。


张纯信教授的研究领域包括投资学、企业融资等。他在国际著名刊物如the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of International Money and Finance, and Financial Management 等发表多篇论文,并接受超过200家媒体的采访及报道。曾荣获宾夕法尼亚大学的荣誉学者称号。


2000年起,他担任PM Legacy Capital的主理合伙人,专门负责美国及亚洲客户的投资咨询和风险投资管理。此外,他在私人股权投资公司Performance Assets Management担任执行董事,及在风险租赁公司China Venture Finance担任董事总经理,并且曾供职于怡富证券和雷曼全球金融服务公司。
