Sheridan Titman教授现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院特聘教授、德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校McCombs商学院金融系教授和Walter W. McAllister金融服务首席教授,并在美国国家经济研究局任研究员。在加入德克萨斯大学之前,Sheridan Titman教授曾在加州大学洛杉矶分校、香港科技大学和波士顿学院执教,并于1988-1989学年在华盛顿担任财政部经济政策助理部长的特别助理。
Sheridan Titman教授在顶级专业期刊上发表了100多篇文章,广受学者和行业专家的好评。Sheridan Titman教授还合著出版了3本金融学的教科书:《Financial Markets and Corporate Strategy》《Valuation: The Art and Science of Corporate Investment Decisions》《Financial Management: Principles and Applications》。
Sheridan Titman教授曾担任亚洲金融协会(Asian Finance Association)和金融管理协会(Financial Management Association)的理事,并在西方金融协会(Western Finance Association)、美国金融协会(American Finance Association)及美国房地产和城市经济学会(American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association)同时担任主席和理事。
