Knowledge Management (KM) and Information Systems (IS).
Much work has been done in this field; but opposing views have been highlighted on the role of knowledge management systems (KMS) as a key factor of success in implementing knowledge management and improving organizational knowledge and organizational performance.
The objective of my current research is to propose a model from the field where the KMS played a key role in the success of the KM implementation and in the exchange of knowledge within the organization and with its community.
My interest for future research projects would be in the following fields:
 - Knowledge management and organizational learning
 - Innovation and change management
 - Information systems management
 - Leadership and project management
