Pascale Hatem Knowledge Management (KM) and Information Systems (IS). Much work has been done in this field; but opposing views have been highlighted on the role of knowledge management systems (KMS) as a key factor of success in implementing knowledge management and improving organizational knowledge and organizational performance. The objective of my current research is to propose a model from the field where the KMS played a key role in the success of the KM implementation and in the exchange of knowledge within the organization and with its community.
