陈晓升 先生         

Mr. Chen Xiaosheng                     

1970年3月出生，上海交通大学硕士、美国亚利桑那州立大学EMBA。现任申银万国证券股份有限公司首席战略总监兼申银万国证券研究所总经理、中国证券业协会第五届监事会监事、中国证券业协会证券分析师与投资顾问专业委员会副主任委员。

自1994年以来，陈晓升先生历任申银万国证券股份有限公司基金管理总部直接投资部经理助理、计划统筹总部综合计划部经理、副总经理兼风险管理办公室副主任等职。

2004年以来，陈晓升先生负责主持申万研究所的经营管理工作，以“培育中国资本市场最优秀的百年研究咨询团队”为目标，坚持“基于本土的国际化”的发展战略，巩固并形成了申万研究独立、全面、严谨、前瞻的研究风格和增值、务实的服务特色，在机构投资者中树立了卓越的研究品牌。

陈晓升先生于2007年获得第二届新财富“杰出研究领袖奖”，2008-2012年连续获得《证券市场周刊》主办的“水晶球奖卖方分析师——金牌领队”奖，2012年获得第一财经“年度最佳卖方研究领军人物”奖。       

Mr. Chen Xiaosheng, born in March 1970, earned a master’s degree in Shanghai Jiaotong University and an EMBA from Arizona State University. At present, Mr. Chen holds many positions including chief strategy officer of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities, general manager of SWS Research, member of the 5th Supervisory Committee of SAC, and deputy chairman of Analyst & Investment Advisory Committee of SAC.

From 1994, Mr. Chen got posts successively as assistant manager of Direct Investment Department of Fund Management Division, manager of Comprehensive Planning Department, vice general manager of Planning & Coordination Division, and deputy director of Risk Control Office.

Mr. Chen was appointed as general manager of SWS Research in 2004. Under his leadership, SWS Research identifies it mission to foster the best research and advisory team in China. In addition, the research institute sticks to its ‘China-based internationalization’ strategy, has formed ‘independent, comprehensive, prudent, and forward-looking’ research style, has been providing pragmatic and value-adding services, and has gotten great word-of-mouth among institutional investors.

As a result, in New Fortune’s ‘Best analyst pool of 2007’, Mr. Chen won the ‘Outstanding Leadership Award’. In 2008-2012, he obtained the prize of ‘Gold Leader’ in Capital Week’s pool. In 2012, Mr. Chen was awarded the honor of ‘Best leader of the year’ by CBN Weekly.
