黄海洲
上海交通大学上海高级金融学院特聘教授
黄海洲教授现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院特聘教授。黄海洲教授是知名经济学家和资深金融高管，30余年国际金融市场、学术和政策经验。曾任中国国际金融股份有限公司（CICC）董事总经理、资本市场业务委员会主席、公司管理委员会成员、股票业务部全球负责人。中金公司股票业务部2012-2022年连续10余年获《机构投资者》“大中华地区最佳销售团队”，2008-2022年连续10余年获《亚洲货币》“中国最佳本土券商”。
黄海洲教授1994年在美国印第安纳大学凯利商学院获博士学位。1994至1998年，先后任教于香港中文大学和伦敦政治经济学院。1998至2005年，任职于国际货币基金组织，先后任货币汇兑部、欧洲部和研究部经济学家和高级经济学家，兼任清华大学经管学院首批海归特聘教授。2005至2007年，任职于巴克莱资本，大中华区研究主管兼首席经济学家。现为国务院参事室金融研究中心研究员、中国宏观经济学会副会长、香港金融发展局委员、清华大学五道口金融学院特聘教授。
黄海洲教授在国际主要经济与金融学术杂志上发表学术论文数十篇，与著名经济学家古德哈特（Charles Goodhart）教授、美国前金融学会会长博尔顿（Patrick Bolton）教授等有深度学术合作；其中与博尔顿教授合作的《国家资本结构》获欧洲金融学会2018年度“最佳论文奖（Pagano/Zechner奖）”，2021年，荣获中国经济学界最高奖项——孙冶方经济科学奖。
黄海洲教授是康斯坦茨货币理论和政策研讨会组织者，首届“绿天鹅2021全球网络会议”圆桌论坛会议筹备策划者与嘉宾主持，国际清算银行（BIS）、国际货币基金组织（IMF）等世界主要金融机构，英格兰银行（BoE）、欧洲中央银行（ECB）、美联储（Fed）和中国人民银行等全球主要中央银行与全球主要交易所论坛发言嘉宾或嘉宾主持。
