Professor Du's research is mainly focused on empirical corporate finance. She has been working on a variety of topics including venture capital, private equity, CEO, social networks, corporate governance, and cross-border investments. She has published in Small Business Economics and her work was included in Globalization of Alternative Investments, Working Papers Volume 3: The Global Economic Impact of Private Equity Report 2010 by the World Economic Forum.
Professor Du has taught a few courses at SAIF, including the MBA course on Venture Capital and Private Equity and the MF course on the Foundation of Financial Economics.
